This report summarizes some of the findings from the 2008 Arizona Youth Survey (AYS) administered to 8th, 10th and 12th grade students during the spring of 2008. The results for your county are presented along with comparisons to 2004 and 2006 survey results where applicable, as well as to the overall results for the state. Methamphetamine is a highly addictive stimulant that affects the central nervous system. Although most of the methamphetamine used in this country comes from foreign or domestic superlabs, the drug is also easily made in small clandestine laboratories, with relatively inexpensive over- the-counter ingredients. The MSTEPP Board of Directors is composed of men and women representing multiple sectors and geographical districts throughout the country. Directors serve two years and do not receive any compensation of services for sitting on the Board.

General Membership is open to anyone who wishes to participate in MSTEPP meetings and activities as designated by the board. We need members who will help organize events, man literature tables, reach out to organizations and the general public to garner support for our cause, and assist with fundraising.

We also need professional assistance in accounting, graphic arts, journalism, grant writing and public speaking. All members must fill out an submit a Membership Application.
