Mohave Mental Health

Mohave Mental Health Clinic, Inc. is the Private, Not for Profit Community Mental Health Center for Mohave County, Arizona. We are located in Mohave County which is the Northwestern part of the State. We share the primary mission of providing Emergency Mental Health Services and ongoing care and treatment to eligible members in the community. A diverse range of funding support programs for the Seriously Mentally Ill, children and families, substance abusing adults and individuals requiring crisis support.

We contract with the Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority (NARBHA) which in turn, oversees a total of nine agencies across northern Arizona.

Community Mental Health work is a dynamic, challenging and critically important environment in which to work.

This large county has three major population centers (with scattered rural populations throughout the county): Kingman; the county seat where approximately 50% of our clients are located, Bullhead City and Lake Havasu City (both along the Colorado River) each having approximately 25% of our client population.

The MSTEPP Board of Directors is composed of men and women representing multiple sectors and geographical districts throughout the country. Directors serve two years and do not receive any compensation of services for sitting on the Board.

General Membership is open to anyone who wishes to participate in MSTEPP meetings and activities as designated by the board. We need members who will help organize events, man literature tables, reach out to organizations and the general public to garner support for our cause, and assist with fundraising.

We also need professional assistance in accounting, graphic arts, journalism, grant writing and public speaking. All members must fill out an submit a Membership Application.
